Adjusta-Bell Olympic weight plate adapters allow you to fine tune the weight of your adjustable competition kettle bell to work for your needs. These work with commonly available 2 inch Olympic style plates (not included). Simply install the adapter into the center hole of the plate and slide it onto the threaded rod in the top half of the adjustable kettle bell with the lettering of the adapter facing away from the handle of the bell.
Each set includes two plate adapters.
