These spacers are designed to replace the steel weights of the Adex Club and allow training to start and progress with a consistent length lever. The five pound kit includes three analogous printed spacers for all of the five pound weights included in the Mark Wildman version of the Adex Club. The set of spacers weighs approximately .4lbs.
