These spacers are designed to replace the steel weights of the Adex Club and allow training to start and progress with a consistent length lever. The small weight kit includes three analogous printed spacers, two 2.5lb and one 1.25lb. included in the Mark Wildman version of the Adex Club. The set of spacers weighs approximately .21lbs.
